Hannah Feiner, PhD, CF-SLP
Speech Language Pathologist
Hannah is passionate about supporting children’s communication in ways that strengthen connection—with their families, peers, and communities. She believes parents are the experts on their child and values partnering closely with caregivers throughout the evaluation and therapy process so families feel heard, supported, and empowered to continue building communication skills at home.
Hannah’s approach is playful, individualized, and grounded in current research. She focuses on creating engaging sessions where children can learn through meaningful interactions and activities they enjoy. Her clinical interests include autism, receptive and expressive language development, social communication, and working with toddlers and young children.
She has substantial experience supporting autistic children using neurodiversity-affirming therapy approaches that build on each child’s strengths and support authentic communication and independence. Hannah also brings research experience developing neurodiversity-affirming interventions and improving collaboration between speech-language pathologists and interpreters.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys pottery, scrapbooking, and baking. She loves spending time along the lakefront and exploring Chicago’s food scene with friends and family.
